We aim to ship out your order as fast as possible. Most orders ship same or next business day. During times of high order volume, it may take 3-5 business days for your order to ship.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

ANIMAL does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ANIMAL, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a refund or exchange. You may return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. Items being returned must be unworn, unaltered and in new condition. All sale items are final sale. We can accommodate size exchanges on these items, but we are unable to process any refunds. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
